We don't let AI "think freely" and hope for the best. Every AI step is constrained — forced to output a strict JSON schema, validated against mathematical sanity checks (does the total add up? is the date in range? does the customer ID exist?), and paused for human approval before touching a production database.

When the AI is uncertain, or when the data doesn't fit the schema, the workflow doesn't guess. It routes to your team for manual review — with a one-click approval in Slack, email, or your internal tool.

This is what we mean by graceful degradation: the system is designed to fail loudly, not silently. It escalates to a human rather than acting on questionable data.

Over time, as accuracy stays above 99% for 30+ consecutive days, we gradually widen the automation window. But the safety net stays in place — and if something does slip through, we have logging and rollback procedures to catch and correct it.

No. You never need to touch the code or understand the underlying infrastructure. We handle everything technical — deployment, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.

When the system needs a human decision, it pauses and asks for approval. That approval comes through whatever channel your team already uses — email, WhatsApp, your internal chat, your project management tool. If your team can reply to a message, they can use what we build.

If you have an IT team or a developer, we'll work with them directly. If you don't, that's perfectly fine — we're your IT department for this specific system.

Because automation isn't "set and forget." Systems degrade, APIs change, edge cases emerge. The retainer covers monitoring, break/fix support, security updates, and continuous optimization.

Without it, you'd have a working system that slowly breaks and nobody to fix it. Think of it like maintaining a vehicle — the initial build is buying the car. The retainer is keeping it on the road.

We deploy everything on a cloud server you own, under your account. The n8n instance, the workflows, the database, the API integrations — every piece of it is yours from day one. There's no lock-in, no ransom, no "you can't leave because your data lives on our servers."

If you decide to end the partnership, we walk through a structured offboarding: we transfer credentials, revoke our access, and hand over full documentation. You keep the server. You keep the workflows. You keep the code.

The only thing you lose is us. The monitoring, the optimization, the continuous improvements. And if you ever want to come back, we'll be here.

We operate on a schedule that overlaps with US business hours, which means you're never waiting until "tomorrow in Prague" to get a response. We communicate asynchronously through whatever channel works for you — email, WhatsApp, your internal chat.

Time zones and geography matter less than you'd think when everything lives in the cloud. And if your operation is complex enough that being there in person would make a real difference, we'll fly to you — on our own ticket, if the ROI justifies it.

Breaks happen. What matters is what happens next.

We monitor all systems continuously. If a workflow fails, we're alerted immediately — usually before you even notice. For urgent issues, we respond within business hours (and often sooner). For non-urgent issues, we fix them during the next maintenance window.

You'll never be left wondering "is anyone looking at this?" — because we already are.

For the build itself, here's what to expect based on your tier:

  • Foundation: 1 core architecture — roughly 3–5 business days
  • Multi-System: 2–3 interconnected systems — roughly 7–10 business days
  • Enterprise: Custom — scoped case by case

But the build isn't the finish line. After deployment, we run a structured rollout:

  • Days 1–3: We actively monitor every transaction
  • Days 4–14: Your team approves drafts with one click
  • Day 90: Full autonomy only after 99%+ accuracy over 30 consecutive days

You'll always get a clear timeline before we start building — no surprises.

Everything runs on infrastructure you own, not shared servers. Your data lives in your cloud environment, not ours.

We use enterprise-grade encrypted credential vaults for passwords and API keys. We never sell or share your data with third parties. And we never use your data to train AI models.
